The below content serves as a template communication for Password Admins to send to team to invite users to invite them to to setup Practice Protect and know what’s next.

SUBJECT: ACTION REQUIRED – LOGIN TO PRACTICE PROTECT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS

Hi Team

With the growing number of apps and passwords in our firm we’re moving to a systemto make it easier and more secure for team members to access company appscalled Practice Protect. The best way to describe it is as a single doorway toaccess all apps so that you only have one password to remember. That’s going tomake everyone’s life easier so please take the time to read the following tomake sure there is no interruption to you during the on-boarding process.

So what’s going to happen?

In the next 24 hours you’ll be receiving an invitation by email from Practice Protect to enrol yourself and avoid disruption to your workflow. Here’s thesteps to follow once you get that email:

1. Login to Practice Protect – You will have been sent an email with the subject line “Your invitation to Practice Protect” Click “login now” in the email you will receive. You’ll be required to create a unique password when you login. For more information on this step click here
2. Install the Browser Extension –  when prompted, install the browser extension or click to install manually at Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer. (For step by step on installing browser extension click here)
3. Setup your Security Questions and Two Factor Authentication – Once you’ve logged into Practice Protect you’ll see a black horizontal tool bar across the top. One of the tool bar options is “account”. Click it and then edit your security questions. You’ll also see an option to setup two factor authentication. 4. Access your apps – Click APPS at the top left of the page in the black section on the home page of Practice Protect. You should see a series of tiles that represent your apps:
   1. Go ahead and click on each tile and enter your current login ID and password
   2. Bookmark the Practice Protect Home Screen or make it your home page.
