Self Service Password Reset

This article serves as a guide for Practice Protect Portal Users on how to reset the password.

If you’ve forgotten your password or having trouble logging into your portal, follow the instructions below.

  • Open a browser
  • Go to Practice Protect User login page.

If you do not have the URL for your company, you can use this Global URL link.

  • On the User Name field, Enter your email address then click Next.
  • On the User Name field, Enter your email address then click Next.

  • Click Forgot Password.

Select the Authentication Method setup on your profile.

Below are the steps for each method:

For OATH OTP Client:

  • Select OATH OTP Client then Click Next.
  • Enter the Verification Code then Click Next.
  • Enter the New Password then Click Next.

For Security Question:

  • Select Security Question, Enter the Answer then Click Next.
  • Enter the New Password then Click Next.

For Email Confirmation Code:

  • Select Email Address then Click Next.
  • Click the Continue with Authentication.
  • Enter the New Password then Click Next.

For successful password change, you will see this screen below.

Click Start Over, then Login with your new credentials.
